Our story
Rosary School at Prospect was dedicated to the Holy Rosary and solemnly opened and blessed on 8 August 1908. It was staffed by Dominican Sisters who travelled daily from their North Adelaide convent, and the building also served as the parish church; the school hall followed in 1918.
Over time lay teachers joined the Sisters, and in 1984 the school appointed its first lay principal. Today it is a Reception to Year 6 parish school of just over 450 children, keeping its Dominican tradition and blue, white and gold colours.
