Our story

Our Lady of La Vang School at Flinders Park is a specialist Catholic school for students with intellectual disability. It was opened in 2013 by Archbishop Philip Wilson and takes its name from a Vietnamese story of Mary appearing to a persecuted community sheltering in the forest.

Learning is highly personalised and follows the Australian Curriculum. Older students in the Senior Cluster work on independent living skills, cooking, modified SACE and work experience, and four buses donated by Variety bring students in from across Adelaide.
