Our story

St Benedict School began its first year at Mount Torrens in 2024, teaching Reception to Year 4 on a site with its own chapel. It grew from parents at Adelaide parishes, including those attending the traditional Latin Mass at Holy Name Church, who wanted schooling in line with their faith.

It is an independent school offering a classical education shaped by Catholic teaching, and sets out to be a low-fee school. It now teaches Reception to Year 5.
