Our story
Southern Vales Christian College began in 1980 as Morphett Vale Christian Community School, with 24 students and a few brick buildings. It was started by people who wanted children to keep learning from the Bible after it was removed from public schools, and its original buildings, including the brick administration block, are still in use at Morphett Vale.
The college now has two campuses, Morphett Vale and Aldinga, with 503 students at the 2025 Term 3 census (310 at Morphett Vale and 193 at Aldinga). Its values are summed up as ‘Belonging, Growing and Serving’, and it is a co-educational Christian college from early learning to Year 12, with VET pathways alongside the SACE.
